How to book

All bookings go through our booking system, GetInk. It keeps every enquiry in one place, so nothing gets missed and no slot is double-booked.

Start your enquiry on GetInk

  1. Send your full enquiry

    Submit your enquiry on GetInk, including all your reference photos. The more detail you give us, the more accurate your quote will be. Name an artist if you have one in mind, or leave it with us.

  2. Use an email you check regularly

    Enter your current email address and contact number. All correspondence is sent by email, so use an account you check regularly.

  3. Look out for your four-digit code

    Once we’ve responded, you’ll get an email from GetInk with a four-digit code. Keep an eye out for it, and check your junk folder just in case.

  4. Log in to your secure portal

    Your code gives you access to your secure portal. This is where you’ll chat with your artist, going back and forth until you’ve agreed on:

    • Your design
    • Your quote
    • A date that suits both schedules

    Once everything’s agreed, you can accept your appointment offer and pay your deposit securely. You can also view all your appointment details there, and message your artist about anything to do with your design.

  5. Get tattooed

    Bring photo ID, eat well beforehand and wear something comfortable. You’ll see your design on the day.

What to include

  • Your idea, in as much detail as you can
  • Rough size in cm and placement
  • Reference images for style
  • Colour or black and grey
  • Your preferred artist, if you have one
  • For cover-ups, a clear photo of the existing tattoo

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit secures your date. If your deposit is to be deducted from your final balance, we’ll let you know when you’re booking, alongside your quote.

Deposits are paid by card through GetInk only, never by bank transfer or social media.

Moving your date

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so outside these minimum notice periods:

Resident artists
7 days
Junior and apprentice artists
3 days

Pricing

Every tattoo is priced individually by size, detail, placement and artist. Artists charge by the piece or by a day rate, and one of our team will give you a personalised quote.

We'll estimate how many sessions you need. Skin isn't an exact science, so occasionally a piece needs a little more time. If so, your artist will talk it through with you.

Good to know

  • You must be 18 or over with valid photo ID, even with parental consent.
  • Enquiries sent by Instagram or Facebook message will be pointed to GetInk.
  • Feeling unwell on the day? Contact us to reschedule.
